Book a pass at a space
Pick a pass, choose your dates and book — then check in on the day.
On Zenvivas you book first, then check in. A pass is your booking to work at a space for a day, several days, a week or a month.
- 1Open a space from Spaces and find the booking panel.
- 2Pick a pass type. Prices are shown per day; a week is 7 days and a month is 30 days.
- 3Choose your date or dates in the calendar. Struck-through days are closed; shaded days are fully booked.
- 4Read the cancellation and no-show terms shown under the price, then book.
What happens next
- Confirmed straight away at most spaces.
- Pending at spaces that approve each booking. You'll get a notification when they accept or decline. A declined request costs nothing.
- Your pass appears in My bookings with the terms you booked under.
Paying
Prices are in the venue's own currency and you pay at the venue. There's no card checkout on Zenvivas yet.
Bookings open one country at a time. If a space says it isn't taking bookings in its country yet, you can still read about it — check back soon.
