Cancel, pause or move a pass
What you can change after booking, and what it costs.
Open the pass from My bookings. The page shows its status, dates and the exact terms you booked under.
Cancel
You can cancel until the pass starts. Inside the free window it costs nothing; after it, the late cancellation fee in your terms is owed to the venue.
Pause a monthly pass
If the space allows it, you can pause a monthly pass for a few days. Each paused day moves your end date back a day, up to the limit in your terms.
Missed your first day
If the terms allow date changes, you can ask the space to move your pass within a few days of the day you missed. They approve or decline.
