Review, publishing and listing status
What each status means and how a listing goes live.
Every new space and stay is reviewed by the Zenvivas team before it's public. The readiness list on its Overview shows what's required to submit and what's recommended to rank well.
- Draft — only you can see it. Submit it for review when it's ready.
- Pending review — waiting for our team. Withdraw it if you want to keep editing.
- Published — live. Editing its details doesn't take it down.
- Paused — hidden from search and its public page. Publish again any time; no new review needed.
- Rejected — sent back with a reason. Fix it and resubmit.
- Archived — retired. Restoring brings it back as a draft, which goes through review again.
Open your own listing's public page and you'll see an owner preview instead of the booking panel — you can't book your own place.
