List a stay
Add a room or unit guests book by the night: prices, rules and calendar.
A stay is a room or unit inside one of your spaces, booked by the night. Create the space first, then add stays under it.
- 1Go to Stays → New stay. Pick the space it belongs to, its type and a title, then set the nightly price, max guests and minimum nights.
- 2Open the stay's Details tab: description, prices and fees, booking rules, check-in and check-out times, house rules and work-ready features.
- 3Add photos in Media, and set your cancellation terms.
- 4Submit it for review. Once it's live, use Calendar to close nights you can't take.
To publish, a stay needs a description, a price, at least one photo, how many guests it sleeps, and check-in and check-out times.
What each field means
- Parent space
- The property this stay belongs to. A stay is a bookable room or unit inside one of your spaces.
- Stay type
- Room, apartment, studio, coliving bed, villa or hotel room. Guests filter by it.
- Stay title
- A short name for this unit, e.g. "Loft with desk and balcony". Shown in search and on the listing.
- DescriptionRequired to publish
- The space, the bed, the desk, the internet, the street noise. What a remote worker needs to know before booking nights.
- Price per nightRequired to publish
- What one night costs. A booking costs this × the nights booked, plus the cleaning fee.
- Per week
- Optional reference price shown on the listing for a week. Bookings are still priced per night.
- Per month
- Optional reference price shown on the listing for a month. Bookings are still priced per night.
- Cleaning fee
- Added once to every booking, whatever its length.
- Security deposit
- Shown to guests before they book. You collect and return it yourself — Zenvivas doesn't hold deposits.
- Max guestsRequired to publish
- How many people it sleeps.
- Minimum nights
- The shortest booking you accept.
- Max nights
- The longest booking you accept. Leave blank for no limit.
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Recommended. Guests travelling together check these first.
- Check-in and check-out timeRequired to publish
- When guests can arrive and when they must leave, e.g. 15:00 and 11:00. Free cancellation windows count back from check-in.
- House rules
- Quiet hours, visitors, smoking, pets. Guests see these before they book.
- Work-ready
- A dedicated desk, room for an external monitor, family friendly. These are what set a work-ready stay apart in search.
- Calendar
- Close nights you can't take bookings for and reopen them later. Confirmed bookings block their nights automatically.
